Emphasis is on rekindling lost skills and simply returning to the basics in day-today activities. Contains very valuable resource information and hundreds of recipes and tips!. Pamphlets are numbered for easy reference, printed on a variety of coloured papers and range in size from 2 to 12 pages (prices range from $1 to $2 according to size).
